Product Introduction
Anti-static ultra-abrasion-resistant polyurethane topcoat is a high-solid-content, low-viscosity, and high-wear-resistance aliphatic polyurethane topcoat. This topcoat has excellent wear resistance and weather resistance, and is used in outdoor floors, garages, hospitals, and other places.
Application Scope
Polyurethane Anti-static Super Wear-resistant Flooring is suitable for electronic factories, chip workshops, pharmaceutical plants, food processing workshops, warehouses, logistics centers, airports, train stations, stadiums, laboratories, ammunition depots, and new energy workshops. It meets requirements for anti-static properties, high cleanliness, chemical resistance, high wear resistance, and slip resistance.
Construction Process
1.Material Preparation: Weigh materials accurately according to the proportion; stir quickly within 3 minutes; do not prepare excessive materials at one time.
2.Scraping and Coating: Use a flat knife to scrape and pave evenly; avoid excessive thickness or thinness.
3.Roll Coating: Use a lint-free wool roller to roll crosswise once.
