Performance Characteristics

The main applications of artistic flooring paint are high simulation degree,cear and compression resistance,environmental safety and weather and water resistance.

1.High Simulation Degree: Realistic texture; colors and gloss can be customized.

2.Wear and Compression Resistance: Wear resistance is 4 times that of ordinary concrete; compressive strength ≥80MPa.

3.Environmental Safety: Water-based formula, certified by France A+; formaldehyde content close to zero.

Construction Process

1.Base Layer Treatment: Grind and clean the floor; moisture content <8%; repair cracks.

2.Primer Penetration: Roll and apply epoxy primer to enhance adhesion.

3.Intermediate Layer Scraping: Construct the colored sand layer or artistic texture layer.

4.Topcoat Curing: Nano glazing or scraper light and shadow treatment.
